The multi-disciplinary program implemented through TIEHH studies the impacts of toxic chemicals on the environment and educates outstanding students in the process. TIEHH’s environmental toxicology research team interfaces with faculty from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, including biological sciences, medicine, epidemiology, engineering, chemistry, computer sciences, mathematics, law, range/wildlife/fisheries management, business, pharmacology and physiology to enhance multidisciplinary faculty participation in environmental toxicology research.
